Admittedly, my motivation to blog in this particular location waxes and wanes, while my readership remains at a constant no-one. Nevertheless, I am nothing if not an obsessive completist, and as such, I should at least be good enough to conclude the postage of my educational series on the culinary delights of New York City.

This installment, I suppose, just goes to show that nothing goes as planned in documentary ipod filmmaking; however, if I may say so myself, this is, at times, very much a blessing. I got a claymation out of it, some amazing food, a few extra days in New York City, and, it turns out, the start of something beautiful.
